Our Aussie made mattresses come full sized (not rolled or boxed), and they’re delivered in a protective bag. All you need to do is unwrap and enjoy.
For our bases, the only step is to screw the legs in securely. No tools, no fuss!

Due to strict hygiene and safety standards, our team takes your old mattress directly to a recycling facility. We can’t bring used items back to our factory, and the delivery van must be sanitised afterwards. This process ensures the highest cleanliness standards for all our customers, and the $80 fee helps cover those extra steps.

To ensure everyone’s safety, upstairs deliveries must be scheduled in advance. These deliveries require a specific team trained to follow health and safety protocols. If we are not informed beforehand that stairs are involved, our team will not take your order upstairs.
We kindly ask that you respect this policy - attempting to have our team carry items upstairs without prior notice puts both your property and our staff at risk. The standard delivery fee covers ground floor delivery only, and our delivery runs are scheduled based on the access details provided at the time of booking.
If stairs are involved, just let us know when placing your order so we can allocate the appropriate team and time. We're happy to help - safely and fairly.

Unfortunately, if the mattress has been opened or used, we are unable to offer an exchange due to hygiene and product integrity standards.
